The Simple Way Philosophy

Let’s be honest, how long do you think the average person sticks with a diet?

The answer: 5 weeks.

When we all want to live happier and healthier lives and feel our best, why can we only stick with a diet plan for 5 weeks!?

The answer is simple… diets are complex. They don’t let us eat what our bodies need and we inevitably end up having one “cheat day” that throws us totally off the plan.

That’s why I designed The Simple Way.

Yo-yo diets and complex lifestyles are no more! All you need to do is learn the basics of how food works in your body and how to optimize that food to look and feel the best you’ve ever felt!

This sounds a whole lot harder than it is. I know we’ve all got busy lifestyles and families to take care of, and that’s what’s so important about living The Simple Way.

You should never have to cut out carbs or sweets or salt to live a healthy life, and in reality you don’t have to! You just have to know WHICH carbs and sweets to eat. And the list of amazingly healthy and good for you carbs, sweets and more are far larger than you’ve ever imagined. For example, eating complex carbs is not only amazing for your heart, they give you the energy you need to power through the day, they help with digestion and optimizing your metabolism… not only that, but complex carbs help you fall asleep quicker at night and enhance your brain function.

Didn’t realize a carb could be a real super food!? Now you do!

Foods like whole wheat pasta and bread, green beans, black beans, oatmeal, quinoa and more will do all of this and more for you!

The Simple Way arms you with everything you need to live happy & healthy without the stress of counting calories, having to deny your body of all the foods you crave or eat a bunch of foods you hate.
